JD for P&C Coordinator
This role involves helping the HR department streamline daily operations to ensure compliance to all internal and external auditory requirements. The role involves assisting the management in liasoning between the HR department and the auditors (internal or external) and driving all the activities around these audits through the year. Additionally, the coordinator will manage the US payroll, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
Audit Co-ordination:
1. To prepare the necessary documentation and information required by auditors and ensure a streamlined and efficient audit process. 2. Act as a liaison between the company and auditors, addressing queries, providing requested information, and facilitating communication throughout the audit. 3. Assist management, internal stakeholders and auditors with tasks for all internal and external audits including managing and updating documents and online portal as expected by auditors in adherence to the audit timelines and facilitating communication with audit partners 4. Analysis of audit reports and compilation of data and requested information for Management’s business needs 5. Work with stakeholders in actioning the audit findings and promote compliance 6. Support stakeholder review assignments for SOP reviews 7. Support department efficiency through sharing knowledge/tasks 8. Support Activities for central Business Excellence team and manage special projects as assigned
US Payroll Administration:
1. Oversee the end-to-end processing of US payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions. 2. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. 3. Review and validate payroll inputs including salaries, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and taxes. 4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries promptly. 5. Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information. 6. Liaise with external payroll service providers and ensure adherence to agreed service levels. 7. Prepare payroll reports and summaries for finance and management. 8. Support annual payroll processes including W-2 issuance and tax reporting requirements.

Familiarity with US payroll systems 4. Must be knowledgeable of ISMS, Quality assurance and Quality Management 5. Knowledgeable of GenAI and it’s applicability
Qualification
1. Engineering or master’s degree holder with work experience in IT/IT services industry. 2. Good to have relevant certifications in Payroll, Auditing or Quality 3. Excellent command over HRMS and payroll software platforms preferred. 4. Strong written and spoken English language skil
