We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Vendor Management
You will be part of the Vendor Metrics Team (VMT), this team is responsible for verifying service is complete and the closure of activities in Siebel CRM system that remain open when a vendor provides the onsite work or remote tech support instead of customer FE (Open Vendor Activity, OVA). The team acts as a link between client and outside companies (Suppliers, Vendors and OEM) and enables customer to use Vendors to provide service on Assets. Once the service is completed VMT is responsible for collecting the required paper work to close the service request.
Responsibilities
Extraction of Preventive maintenance and Corrective repair SRs from Siebel system
Verify the paperwork and details received from vendor and drive closure of SR’s.
Update provided information from vendor into Siebel debrief section.
Upload FSR and Invoices to Siebel
Reporting of Open and closed SRs to client and internal management
Upload invoices to Perceptive
Debrief vendor PM SR’s
Debrief vendor corrective SR’s
Follow-up with vendors via phone and email to confirm service completion status and procure Field Service Report and Invoices for closure
Drive closure under strict timelines
Prepare templates for automation vendors and communicate with Siebel Team
PO creation, cancellation, CAP limit increase
SR and Activity creation in Siebel
Provide update to Client on weekly calls
Understand queries from business stake holder management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to
provide timely clarifications / resolution to FE’s.
Post receipt of a response,
Validate responses for completeness and identify variances if any & resolve
Update Siebel with all latest communication
Provide timely update to the stakeholders
Negotiate with the respective suppliers/SOMs for required information
Preparing weekly summary report in excel and sharing the update with customer.
Share status update and specify requirement to vendors on monthly calls
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in any stream
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be ambitious, detail oriented, able to communicate with and influence multiple partners.
Preferred qualifications
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Power point
