Job Summary: Responsible for business and property Valuations, a subject matter expert, will work in coordination with UK Asset & Estates team. Will efficiently assist, interact and build relations with Valuations(Internal/External) teams and JV team. Will action all Rent Reviews Index Linked and Open Market Based for UK&ROI. In this job, I am accountable for: Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation within the team. Supporting and delivering the Valuations and rates of UK Tesco and JV portfolio property and business, by collaborating with the UK teams on the process and supervising its current work and change for the future load. Actioning all Index Linked Rent Reviews and Open Market Reviews for UK & ROI markets. Effective communication with all Landlords, Joint Venture Landlords, Agents, Rent Review Team and Valuation teams (In-house and consulting). Work with the Investment/finance team. Managing all rent review documentation for sign offs and system upload, enabling processing of funds Ensuring efficient document management for all data research on all Tesco valuation parameters. Crafting and maintaining team dashboards with accurate information and relevant metrics. Driving with data mining and its analysis for valuation by using financial modeling and handling large raw data sets. Work on research and to understand the UK property and retail market trends, assisting on external valuations. Building financial models for business analysis and reporting, contributing towards the Tesco UK Property Valuation methodology with effective reporting to the UK Valuation team. Engaging with internal and external stakeholder for query management. Contributing to the year end financial report with key inputs, notes and analysis. Handling key elements of the JV landlord asset management process - Relationship, reporting, documentations, Key people and teams I work representation and financial analysis. Rent Reviews- Open Market Knowledge of Property, Business Valuations tools & Values/Indexations. systems is needed. Effective Communicator Worked on analytical tools and experienced in financial Process Coaching, an Eye-to-Detail, Speed and Accuracy, modeling, business reports making and property research Planning and Organizing PG/Master in Business/Finance/Engineering Ability to prepare Dashboards, Financial Reports
