Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination and organization of their schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential correspondence, including letter drafting and email management on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate secretarial activities such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations by managing tasks effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in an EA role or similar position supporting senior executives.
- Excellent calendar management skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong personal assistance skills with attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in fixing appointments using various tools like Outlook or Google Calendar.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,478.28 per month
