Job Discription
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
- Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
- Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Hire, train and advise staff
- Resolve conflicts and other issues
- Meet and greet all visitors to the School
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain the general email accounts (info@ and admin@), responding to queries / directing enquiries as required Assist in the upkeep of contact records, including student
- Order stationary, first-aid equipment and sundries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and orderly admin office
- Assist with organizing meeting rooms (booking space, arranging furniture etc.).
- Organise refreshments for meetings, including ordering food and making tea and coffee
- Maintain hire documentation
- Looking after school transportation
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience in School
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
