We are looking for a Sales Trainer with solid prior experience to ensure our sales team is consistently high-performing, empathetic, and results-driven.
Role Summary
The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and monitor training programmes that sharpen the sales team’s ability to handle objections, communicate empathetically, and convert leads into active programme participants. They will ensure that IND’s sales team is well-equipped with proven techniques, structured processes, and confidence to engage parents effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Deliver structured induction training for new sales executives
- Conduct advanced workshops on objection handling, empathy-based selling, and solution-driven communication
- Design role-play sessions and practical exercises tailored to real sales scenarios at IND
Performance Coaching
- Monitor live and recorded sales interactions to identify gaps
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to team members
- Develop personalised improvement plans for underperformers
Process Alignment
- Standardise sales scripts and ensure consistent use across the team
- Train team members on CRM best practices and follow-through protocols
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and ensure leads are nurtured effectively
Evaluation & Reporting
- Track key sales metrics (conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, lead handling timelines) before and after training interventions
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on training effectiveness and sales team performance
Continuous Improvement
- Research and implement updated sales training methodologies
- Ensure training is aligned with IND’s mission and the sensitive nature of working with parents of neurodiverse children
- Recommend process refinements to maximise conversion rates and ROI
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a sales trainer in education, healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries
- Strong track record in direct sales and coaching sales teams
- Fluency in English and Bengali (mandatory)
- Excellent facilitation, motivational, and communication skills
- Strong analytical ability to link training impact with performance metrics
- Empathy-driven, patient, and adaptable teaching style

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
