Qualification - Any Degree
Experience - 3+years as a supervisor
Responsibilities-
1. Lead and guide a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned areas.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
4. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely reporting.
5. Support team in closing deals and resolving client issues.
6. Coordinate with marketing for local promotional campaigns.
7. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Skills -
1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
5. Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
6. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
7. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
