Sales Representative – Debt Solutions

About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative with experience in the debt finance ecosystem — someone who understands the lending space and has hands-on experience in field sales and client acquisition for debt products (term loans, working capital, unsecured business loans, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard businesses/clients seeking debt funding from banks, NBFCs, or private lenders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CFOs, and decision-makers
- Pitch relevant debt solutions based on client requirements (secured/unsecured loans, working capital, invoice discounting, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal credit and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closures
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated with lending norms, financial products, and credit policies across institutions
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales or business development in a bank, NBFC, or debt advisory firm
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing debt deals
- Strong understanding of loan structuring, documentation, and credit profiles
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Highly target-oriented and self-motivated

- Experience in SME/MSME lending
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
