We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a proactive approach to converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to close sales.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
