Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential PCD franchise partners.
- Explain product offerings, pricing, and business models to prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads from various platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.
- Share product details, promotional materials, and pricing lists through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing.
- Follow up for payments, repeat orders, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in CRM or Excel.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of PCD pharma products and business model (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharma preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
