Sales Executive-Pharma Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential PCD franchise partners.
• Explain product offerings, pricing, and business models to prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads from various platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.
• Share product details, promotional materials, and pricing lists through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing.
• Follow up for payments, repeat orders, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of PCD pharma products and business model (preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharma preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
