Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed defined revenue and growth targets.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Home Care, and Personal Care sectors.
- Engage with scientists, formulation experts, and procurement professionals to introduce and position relevant raw material solutions.
- Offer technical consultation and product recommendations, ensuring customers select the most suitable raw materials for their formulations.
- Track industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Conduct impactful product presentations, demos, and solution pitches tailored to client needs.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all sales efforts, leads, and client communications through the CRM system.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events, strengthening brand presence and exploring new leads.
