Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in lighting, interior products, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in lighting and interior segments (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Retailers).
- Present and promote company products to clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable lighting or interior solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to deliver project-specific solutions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales within the lighting, interiors, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with architects, designers, and corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
