About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Counselor to join our team for the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) course. The role involves counseling students and parents, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable course offerings. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for driving admissions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding CUET preparation courses.
- Understand student needs, provide course details, and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve conversions.
- Stay updated on CUET exam trends, syllabus, and course offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents for referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, counseling, or academic advising (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CUET/competitive exams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
