Key Responsibilities:

 Support the sales team with scheduling, presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.

 Handle order processing, invoicing, quotations, and documentation.

 Maintain CRM and sales databases (e.g., Google Sheets) with up-to-date customer and pipeline information.

 Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

 Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and planning.

 Liaise between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth communication and execution.

 Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and presentations.

 Excellent verbal communication skills in the regional language and English.

 Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.

 Good knowledge of computer operations.

 Ability to Multitask and coordinate across teams.

 Should have knowledge about hlookup, vlookup & pivot table.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree

 2 - 5 years of sales co-ordinator experience

Key Skills:

 Good experience in advance MS – EXCEL is a must.
