Required experience in Sales & dispatch documentations preparation.
- Administrative Support: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Order Management: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate customer databases, tracking sales activities, and providing customer service support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Verifying customer order accuracy: Ensuring that orders are correct before processing.
- Keeping organized sales records: Maintaining a clear and accessible filing system for sales documents.
- Writing sales reports: Creating reports on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
