We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive with at least 2-3 years of accounting experience. The candidate should be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting function including GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor payments and pretty cash management.
Key responsibilities:
- Recording receipt and payment entries accurately
- Performing bank reconciliation on a daily basis
- Managing TDS and GST calculations and payments
- Processing vendor payments and maintaining vendor ledgers
- Maintaining petty cash and updating records regularly
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Good knowledge of TDS, GST, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar strong MS Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
