We’re hiring a proactive and energetic Sales Coordinator to drive and support our sales team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring daily sales performance, setting targets, following up with the team, and ensuring consistent sales growth. You’ll play a key part in motivating the team, pushing for results, and ensuring operational efficiency in order processing and customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Push and motivate the sales team to meet monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and deal closures.
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance reports.
- Organize sales meetings and review sessions.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (CCTV/security industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Work timings 10am to 6.30pm
2 and 4 Saturday off
