Job Description: Sales Associate (India – Remote)

Saffron is a Canada-based healthcare staffing and support services company dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with healthcare organizations. We are expanding our global team and looking for a motivated Sales Associate based in India to support our business development and client relations activities.
Position: Sales Associate (Remote – India)
The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in Canada. This is a remote position requiring close collaboration across international time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate leads for potential clients (healthcare facilities, agencies, organizations).
- Assist in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline through CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Work closely with the Canadian operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
- Provide regular reports on market insights, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client support (international sales experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work during Canadian business hours (EST/AST/PST).
