DigitalVista Tech is a growing IT consulting firm specializing in Project & Program Management, Digital Transformation, AI-driven Automation, Product Engineering, and Staff Augmentation. We are hands-on partners, owning delivery outcomes and helping clients scale with speed and efficiency. We are looking for a Sales Executive who is proactive, energetic, and passionate about generating business opportunities and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads across target industries (Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, eCommerce, SaaS).
Update and refine sales decks, case studies, and pitch materials.
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Fix meetings with prospective clients and coordinate schedules with leadership.
Work directly with the Founder/Leadership team in client meetings, presentations, and deal closures.
Maintain lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports and insights on lead quality, conversions, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in IT sales, consulting sales, or B2B sales (startup or consulting background preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/Kannada).
Proven experience with lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with a “hunter” mindset.
Basic knowledge of IT services like digital transformation, project management, cloud, or AI is a plus (training will be provided).
Preferably based in Bangalore, with flexibility to work remotely.
