Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels – corporate, individual, channel partners, and digital.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct presentations, product training, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the agency.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies
