Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales executive to lead day-to-day operations at The Phone Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, sales negotiation, product display, and team coordination while ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product demos and comparisons (mobiles, smartwatches, accessories, etc.)
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly; negotiate deals effectively
- Evaluate used phones for exchange/sale with accurate pricing
- Handle post-sale customer support and service issues
- Maintain and update customer records and transaction logs
- Supervise and guide the Digital Marketing Executive and Sales Support Executive
- Review and respond to social media queries (Instagram, Meta, OLX, etc.)
- Track and ensure timely posting of offers, deals, and new arrivals online
- Ensure store targets and service standards are met consistently
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of mobile phones, electronics, and market pricing
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital promotions
- Leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
