We are hiring a Sales Assistant (Night Shift) who can engage confidently with customers and support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
- Handle customer calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in the night shift.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Prior sales/customer service experience is an added advantage.
