- Monitor patient condition and update consultants regularly
- Conduct initial assessment of patients upon admission
- Provide first-line treatment and manage emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and progress notes
- Assist in medical procedures and rounds with senior doctors
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
- Ensure availability of emergency equipment and medicines
- Respond promptly to medical calls from wards/ICU/ER
- Follow hospital protocols and hygiene standards
