Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Restaurant Admin to handle administrative, clerical, and support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves managing documentation, staff records, purchasing support, vendor coordination, and assisting management in operational and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain restaurant records including staff attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Assist in handling vendor communications, purchase orders, and stock management documentation.
- Support the restaurant manager in preparing reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Manage and update licenses, compliance certificates, and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle billing, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate delivery and logistics-related administrative tasks.
- Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, and official communication).
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to records.
- Assist in staff scheduling, leave records, and training documentation.
- Provide administrative support during audits and inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
