Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible for all the functions of the mobile clinic & campus clinic.
2. Responsible for monitoring and providing general care to patients attending the medical camp.
3. Responsible for Dispensing medicine need based with the assistance of Nurse.
4. Responsible to monitor data entry of Patients done by Nurse.
5. Responsible for MIS reports & presentations thro’ Unit Head .
6. Ensure general cleanliness inside and outside the premises and also proper maintenance of equipment under his/her charge.
7. Ensure to keep up to date inventory and stock register of all the stores and equipment supplied and will be responsible for its correct accounting.
8. Responsible to get indents prepared timely for drugs, instruments, vaccines, sufficiently in advance and will submit them to the management.
9. To scrutinize the programmes of staff and suggest changes if necessary to suit the priority of work.
10. Hold monthly staff meetings with Unit Head with a view to evaluating the progress of work and suggesting steps to be taken for further improvements.
11. Ensure the maintenance of the prescribed records.
12. Submit Advance tour Programmes every month to the management.
13. Provide facilities for early detection of cases of Leprosy and confirmation of their diagnosis and treatment and also refer the cases to appropriate hospital.
14. Any other duties as assigned by the management
Education and Experience Requirements:
- IMC registered Doctor with minimum 2 years experience and willing to relocate to Raxaul Bihar and willing to work with Leprosy affected colonies
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Only Male candidates and willing to work as an Residential Medical Officer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
