The Reservations Executive will be responsible for:Handling all reservation-related tasks, including processing bookings via phone, email, and online channelsManaging room inventory and availabilityAddressing customer inquiries and ensuring prompt and professional serviceCoordinating with the front office, sales, and other departments to maximize room occupancy and revenuePromoting hotel offers and services to prospective guestsMaintaining accurate records and reports of all reservation transactionsQualificationsExcellent communication skills in English (Malayalam or Hindi is a plus)Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in reservations or front office operations within the hospitality industryFamiliarity with hotel management software WINHMS Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell hotel servicesFlexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shiftsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
