We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital storytelling, hands-on experience with major social media platforms, and a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and brand building.
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and more, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across all relevant platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including post scheduling, monitoring comments/messages, and responding to community interactions.
- Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Develop and execute creative and innovative content strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Utilize various online marketing tools and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Implement social media optimization (SMO) techniques to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth across all major platforms.
- Monitor and stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other marketing team members to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
- Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Video editing experience is must have
- Minimum experience using tools like Canva is required
- Experience with Graphic Designing and Video shoot is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media advertising and lead generation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read data and make content decisions accordingly.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
