Internship – Regulatory Affairs (Cosmetics)
Position Title: Regulatory Affairs Intern – Cosmetics
Location: Mohali Sector 82
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Regulatory Affairs Intern to join our cosmetics regulatory team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international cosmetic regulations and the preparation of compliance documentation. The intern will support in preparing and reviewing regulatory files, monitoring global cosmetic updates, and assisting with administrative and project activities.
Note: This internship is on-site only. Only candidates residing locally will be considered. Remote work or relocation support is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of cosmetic regulatory documentation, including Product Information Files (PIFs), safety assessments, and labeling.
- Support compliance checks with international cosmetic regulations (EU, US, UK, ASEAN, etc.).
- Research and summarize global regulatory updates and guidelines.
- Provide administrative and project support to the regulatory team, including record keeping and report preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Marketing) to collect information for regulatory purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Strong interest in regulatory affairs and cosmetic industry.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good research and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
