Objective of Internship:
To provide hands-on experience in hospital operations with a focus on HR functions, administrative processes, and floor management, enabling the intern to understand hospital workflows, compliance, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:Assist in recruitment and onboarding process of new staff.Help maintain and update employee records and files.Support in attendance management and leave tracking.Observe payroll processing under supervision.Assist in training coordination, induction, and staff welfare programs.
