Recruitment Partner (Contract Role)
The Recruitment Partner is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. This role requires a full-cycle recruiting experience and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies. The role will be on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods such as job portals, databases, social media networks, and employee referrals to source and attract qualified candidates. Develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and job applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Utilize reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to conduct interviews and filter candidates within the designated schedule.
Evaluation and Assessment: Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to determine their compatibility with the organization's requirements. Provide comprehensive evaluations and feedback to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Regularly communicate and collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare well-documented and analytical recruiting reports to share insights and progress with the rest of the team. Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Candidate Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process. Build influential relationships with candidates, provide support, answer inquiries, and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Possess a working knowledge of ATS software to effectively manage candidate information, track recruitment progress, and streamline the hiring process. Familiarity with using ATS tools would be considered an added advantage.
On-boarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring they are fully integrated into the organization. Coordinate necessary paperwork, orientation sessions, and provide support to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment channels and platforms, including job portals, databases, and social media.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, using reliable and effective selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build influential candidate relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate comprehensive recruiting reports and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand their requirements.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to identify future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of on-boarding processes and best practices.
