Experience: 4+ years in recruitment profile. Majorly deals with mid level positions
Working Days: Mon to Sat (9 - 6:30pm) Every 2nd and 4th sat is off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
- Build relationships with potential candidates and promote the organization's mission and values
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
