Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles (sales, operations, etc.), from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks to identify and engage candidates.
- Build and manage a strong employer brand to position Proppr as the go-to place for real estate professionals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience in real estate/hospitality hiring
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to attract top talent.
- Ability to build and execute structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and employees.
- Experience with HR tools, job portals, and employer branding strategies.
- A self-driven, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
