We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Handle billing and payments.
- Provide information and assistance to patients.
Qualifications:
- Any degree
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
