Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist who is fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, and has experience in basic bank-related tasks. The ideal candidate will also assist with back-office operations and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations.
- Prepare and manage basic banking tasks.
- Perform back-office tasks such as:
- Data entry and file management
- Document scanning, printing, and photocopying
- Assisting with inventory records and office supply management
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
- Support other departments with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (spoken and written).
- 0 – 1 years of experience as a receptionist or Office Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
