Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist who is fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, and has experience in basic bank-related tasks. The ideal candidate will also assist with back-office operations and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
• Manage front desk operations.
• Prepare and manage basic banking tasks.
• Perform back-office tasks such as:
• Data entry and file management
• Document scanning, printing, and photocopying
• Assisting with inventory records and office supply management
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
• Support other departments with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (spoken and written).
• 0 – 1 years of experience as a receptionist or Office Assistant.
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
