Avanti Skin Clinic is a leading skincare and aesthetics clinic committed to delivering the highest quality treatments and personalized care. We are looking for a warm, confident, and organized Receptionist / Tele Counsellor to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and record keeping
- Provide information about our skincare services and guide clients with basic treatment-related queries
- Make outbound calls for lead conversion and appointment confirmation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry)
- Female candidates only
- Residing in or around Aundh, Pune
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Emails, etc.)
