Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our college. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, students, and parents courteously
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and provide basic information about the institution
- Manage student inquiries and assist in front office operations
- Coordinate with staff for meetings or messages
- Handle courier and incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
