- Greeting and Directing Visitors:Welcoming guests, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing Phone Calls:Answering and routing incoming calls, taking messages, and ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Maintaining a Welcoming Environment:Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Administrative Support:Handling mail and deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management:Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining Records:Keeping accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information.
- Security:Monitoring building access, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining security procedures.
- Communication:Drafting emails, communicating with clients and vendors, and providing information to employees.
- Problem Solving:Addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with Special Projects:Supporting other departments with clerical tasks, special events, and other projects as needed.
