Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Support other departments with administrative assistance when required.
- Adhere to security procedures for access control and emergency protocol
