Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients to the centre and make them feel comfortable.
- Handle customer enquires - Phone, email, WhatsApp
- Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders.
- Manage calendar of all clients.
- Collect payment and management of billing.
- Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on clients needs and requirements.
Requirements :
- Work experience as a receptionist.
- Tele caller experience give an advantage.
- great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
