KRA (KEY RESULT AREAS)
· Manage the front desk/reception in the best possible manner.
· Ensure the front desk/reception area is neat & tidy.
· Attend to patients promptly & professionally.
· Should be able to handle patients efficiently at the reception area.
· Attend to in-coming calls from patients.
· Talk to patients as per Company norms.
· Maintain, enter & record patients’ data in the system.
· Monitor and record petty cash payments, handle balance petty cash, prepare travel vouchers, basic cashiering duties, basic book-keeping duties etc.
· Send daily/timely reports to HO.
· Assist Centre Manager in day to day tasks.
Experience in Tele-calling/tele-sales will be an advantage.
NOTE: If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
