Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their property needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Arrange property site visits and give compelling presentations about project offerings, location advantages, and pricing structures.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position projects effectively.
- Documentation & Coordination: Assist clients in completing property-related documentation, coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or high-ticket B2C domains
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
