Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant stream
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of automotive components
- Ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on inspection findings and quality checks
- Support in daily quality checks and assist in resolving quality issues on the shop floor
- Work closely with production and quality teams for effective team coordination
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of quality inspection methods
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Ability to identify defects and deviations in parts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
