Experience Requirements:
Candidate will ideally be familiar with the following tools and technologies:
- SQL
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Domain Focus:
- Primarily web application testing
- Technical Skill Set
- Manual testing (functional and regression testing)
- Scrum agile – very important that candidate understands agile methodology: sprints, stand-up, retrospectives, reviews etc.
- ISTQB Qualified preferred
Candidate Attributes:
- Candidate should be self-motivated
- Make decisions based on experience and situation
- They must have the ability to understand the application and technology under test and develop appropriate test cases including ad hoc and negative tests.
- Testers need to understand business logic so they can discuss the application specifications with product owners and developers
- Experience in team handling, including mentoring junior members, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity and morale.
