Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international sales calls (Australia region).
- Build trust with customers using a scripted, consultative approach.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling using deep product knowledge.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate data.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years experience in international outbound sales (AU/UK/US markets).
- Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
- Familiar with CRM & dialer systems (preferred).
- Strong persuasive skills and target-driven attitude.
- Interest in wine or wine-related products is a bonus.
- Must reside within 25 km of Faridabad office.
