Strong understanding of life sciences regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data platforms (HDP, Snowflake, etc.).
Define and implement quality architecture frameworks for life sciences applications, including clinical, regulatory, and lab systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, compliance, and business) to ensure GxP compliance and 21 CFR Part 11 readiness.
Develop and maintain test strategies, validation protocols, and traceability matrices aligned with industry standards.
Oversee automated and manual testing processes for data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces.
Ensure data integrity and audit readiness across platforms handling sensitive clinical and research data.
Guide teams on best practices in software quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing documentation and quality evidence
Experience in UI, API, DB, Enterprise application (Salesforce, SAP..) test automation using tools like Selenium-Java, Appium, SOAP UI, TOSCA
Exposure to DevOps tool sets
Ability to upskill into an existing client automation tool and language for scripting
Understand the existing frameworks /accelerators available with the client and enhance/ recommend tools and framework and help build automation roadmap
Must have prior experience in doing assessment and POCs for client towards accelerated testing
