Responsibilities:

· Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

· Checking and reverting to emails on timely basis.

· Arranging daily huddle meetings and managing the minutes of every meet.

· Stocking up materials for in-house ware when required.

· Daily follow up to be done with storekeeper in order to check on stocks.

· Checking on Manpower in the production and proper balance of work is managed.

· Research potential vendors

· Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

· Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

· Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

· Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

· Prepare cost analyses sheet

· Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Required Competencies:

· Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role

· Good understanding of supply chain procedures

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

· Knowledge of market research

· Solid organizational skills

· BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field

· Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers both English & Hindi.
