Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Crimzon Flagship Store. Crimzon is a renowned luxury footwear brand specializing in women's shoes, known for offering high-quality products at affordable prices. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our luxury footwear collections, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming approach.
- Showcase our luxury footwear collections, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and styling, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and the latest fashion trends.
2. Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with a customer-centric approach.
- Assist customers with sizing, fittings, and returns as needed.
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store to build strong customer relationships.
3. Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure that the store is well-maintained and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in arranging displays, product placement, and window displays to attract customers.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and replenish stock as necessary.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our footwear collections, their materials, and production processes.
- Educate customers on the quality and craftsmanship that sets Crimzon products apart.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
5. Sales & Reporting:
- Maintain sales records and report daily and monthly sales figures to the store manager.
- Billing for customers on our inventory management software.
- Contribute to sales performance analysis and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Managing inventory and re ordering stock from the head office.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion brand.
- Passion for fashion and footwear, particularly women's shoes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of style.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and an understanding of customer preferences.
