*Purchase and Godown Executive KRA:*
1. *Purchase Management*: Manage purchases of goods and materials ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, within budget
2. *Godown Operations*: Oversee day-to-day godown operations at the Mohali location, ensuring safe storage, efficient receiving and dispatching of goods, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
3. *Inventory Management*: Accurately manage and track inventory levels at the Mohali godown, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet company needs.
4. *Logistics Coordination*: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods in and out of the godown, ensuring smooth operations.
5. *Vendor Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure best rates and services
6. *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate records and reports on purchases, inventory levels, goods receipt and dispatch, and other related activities, providing regular updates to management.
7. *Security and Safety*: Ensure the godown is secure and safe, adhering to company policies and procedures to prevent losses or accidents, safeguarding company assets.
We need a experienced person who has been handling similar profile, should be atleast a graduate.
